READ ME FIRST!.txt: Click on "incredimal v2.00.1184.exe" and install it by following the prompts. When installation is complete and it ask if you want to start Incredimal answer "NO." Copy the file "incredimail v2.00.1184 Patch.exe" in to the directory named "bin" in the incredimail folder (which should be in c:\program files\Incredimail.) When you have it ther double click on it once and it will perform a patch -- dou ble click on it again and get another patch -- double click a third time and get another patch. Close the patcher window and That will complete the install and p atch process and you should have a good running program
